F n Lemons was created from a serendipity moment; a family discussion on how to preserve the plentiful harvest of our beautiful flowers and citrus.

A girl’s cocktail party needed cocktail garnishes but nowhere could they be found locally or on the internet. A conversation at lunch with family where lemons had been experimentally dehydrated came to mind.

We noticed a lot of premium produce was falling to the ground and not being used.  To reduce the amount of citrus going to waste we decided to start dehydrating.

The citrus garnishes were such a hit, not only for the guests but also friends seeing images posted online. With a family love of gardening and business innovation our brand was born.

This then inspired our decorative blends of beautifully coloured, chemical free, edible florets and delicious rim dusts.
